Heart For The World is a non-profit
organization birthed in 1989 through much prayer
and study of God's word. After Terry & Barbi
had been in world-wide ministry for just 4 years,
they knew God was calling them to a greater
vision of reaching the world for Jesus. Securing that name legally as a non-profit organization
as well as registering the name as an international
trademark, they continued the vision
and calling of God!
In year 2000, God led Terry & Barbi to begin
to raise funds and build the much needed Heart
For The World Outreach Center. Nestled
in the hills just east of Nashville, they moved
their offices into this 2000 square foot miracle
facility in January 2003. Contributions from faithful
friends coupled with many prayers and over 3 years
of hard work, God allowed them to build this facility
virtually debt-free. It is now dedicated to strengthening
marriages and families as well as bringing revival
to all the nations of the world. So far it
has been instrumental in reaching 34 countries.
Its rooms include offices, a mailroom, temperature-controlled storage facilities,
a small demo studio, guest ministers quarters, and a meeting room. This
2nd floor meeting room was a miracle from God. Not in the original plans
of the design, the builders encouraged the Franklins to finish off the oversized
attic at a greatly reduced price. It has now become a ministry asset
and an indispensable outreach facility. The Franklins now call it the "Harmony
Loft," and they use it for worship times, special gatherings, and Bible training.
Along with other meetings, between weekend travels
and outreaches around the world, they occasionally
teach Bible classes on various subjects during
the weekdays. Terry & Barbi share a passion
to raise up and mentor others in ministry as their
burden has grown to see men and women become equipped
to use the Word of God and minister effectively
through missions and music ministry.
Terry & Barbi and their teenage boys still
continue their weekend ministries around the United
States as well as their missions trips. Singing
in their Family Concert Ministry as well as teaching
their Marriage & Family Seminars continue to
be a growing outreach not only in America, but
around the world, as they are able to give of their
time and resources. They have now sung and
presented their marriage seminars in 4 languages
world-wide. They recorded a Spanish CD and
are researching options for translating their marriage
book. This facility is an outreach center
created to be a springboard for many activities
and resources that will bless families in Nashville
as well as all the nations of the world as long
as the Lord tarries (Genesis 18:18-19).

as this building has taken shape. More pictures

to landscape the outside and decorate the inside. The
Franklins are committed to remaining debt-free
in the on-going development of this facility and
their ministry outreaches.
